1. What information do we Collect?

Non-Personally Identifiable Information That We Collect

We gather end-users’ server, IP address and browser-type related information as part of the general administration of the Site (“Browser Data”). The Browser Data is comprised of the demographic, usage and/or other characteristics of Site end-users as a group without any associated personally identifiable information.

When a person visits the Site, we send a cookie and/or gif file (“Cookie”) to assign an anonymous, unique identifier to the applicable persons Internet browser. Cookies have many benefits to enhance your experience at the Site.

We do not use these cookies to track your use of the Internet in any other way or to store any personally-identifiable information, and we do not disclose cookie information to third parties (other than as required by law).

We may collect your personally identifiable information when you sign up for membership and/or request other products and/or services at the Site.

Some of our systems use cookies to maintain user sessions in NativeAdBuzz and track usage of our sites at the user level. This is required for us to deliver our service and better understand how it is used. They are handled through unique user id’s associated with each account.

For a user id to be associated with an account and identifiable information, a user is required to create an account with us by a) having willingly joined our mailing list or b) becoming a member of NativeAdBuzz and logging in.

We also deploy third-party cookies when consumers open or “click” a link within the emails we send pursuant to our list-management relationships

We may also combine the information we have gathered about you with information from other responsible, legal sources, for example when running fraud checks or credit reviews.

From time to time we may contact you with specific marketing opportunities some of which may be third party offers and products which we have vetted and deem relevant to you.

In addition, by submitting your personal information at the Site, you agree to receive mobile marketing (where you have provided us with your mobile telephone number) including, but not limited to, text-message based marketing, from us.

3. How do we protect your data?

Third Party Processors

Third parties required to deliver services actively requested by you may include, but are not limited to: (a) billing providers and  payment services that verify data information / fraud detection; (b) e-mail marketers (where we collect your e-mail address); (c) telemarketers (where we collect your telephone number and where permitted by applicable law); (d) SMS text-based marketers (where we collect your mobile telephone number and where permitted by applicable law).

We may also employ other companies and individuals to perform certain functions on our behalf. Examples include sending direct and electronic mail, removing duplicate information from user lists, analyzing data and providing marketing analysis. The agents performing these limited functions on our behalf shall have access to our users’ personal information as needed to perform their functions for us, but we do not permit them to use your personal information for other purposes, and they will be legally bound.
