Also, without making specific \u2018you\u2019ll make XYZ with this system\u2019 claims, the ads manage to get across the point that you CAN make money in the finance market\u2026 if you know how!<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Sex \/ Dating<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The sex and dating niche isn\u2019t plagued with some of the same regulations that we saw in health and finance. However, they do have a unique problem they must address;<\/p>\n<p>Very rarely are ads allowed to contain mature\/explicit content. This means no nudeness, no mentions (or implied indications) of sexual behaviour, and they <u>must be suitable for all ages.<\/u><\/p>\n<p><strong>\u00a0<img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone wp-image-2401\" src=\"https:\/\/nab-s3-wordpress.s3.amazonaws.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/07\/20101117\/Screenshot_81.png\" alt=\"Screenshot_8\" width=\"186\" height=\"284\" \/> <img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-2402 alignnone\" src=\"https:\/\/nab-s3-wordpress.s3.amazonaws.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/07\/20101123\/Screenshot_9-1.png\" alt=\"Screenshot_9 (1)\" width=\"263\" height=\"284\" \/> <img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-2400 alignnone\" src=\"https:\/\/nab-s3-wordpress.s3.amazonaws.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/07\/20101107\/Screenshot_7-1.png\" alt=\"Screenshot_7 (1)\" width=\"198\" height=\"283\" \/><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Now, of course, there are porn-related websites where you <em>can<\/em> advertise the raunchier, hard-core imagery and headlines, but as you can see from the images above, these ads actively promote dating websites or give dating advice\u2026<\/p>\n<p>Without a mention about sex, intimacy, or anything else that would be deemed inappropriate for children.<\/p>\n<p>Sure, the middle image especially shows, well, let\u2019s not kid around\u2026<\/p>\n<p>Anabsolute bloody worldy\u2026<\/p>\n<p>But it\u2019s subtle, un-sexualized, and is one way that the creators of native ads in this space manage to drive traffic without crossing the line and creating ads that break laws.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>MMO (Make Money Online)<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Differing from financial advertising, the Make Money Online niche is <em>another<\/em> highly-regulated industry that requires advertisers to be <u>very <\/u>careful with the claims made, and any promises or guarantees given.<\/p>\n<p>One of the biggest challenges the MMO niche has had to embrace is the \u2018Pyramid Scheme\u2019, and the multi-level marketing (MLM) name it\u2019s built for itself \u2013 regulators are very hot on the tails of marketers who advertise this way, and that\u2019s why you rarely see bold-claims made in these of ads.<\/p>\n<p>Here are a few that <em>are<\/em> legitimate, and stick to advertising rules:<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone wp-image-2403\" src=\"https:\/\/nab-s3-wordpress.s3.amazonaws.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/07\/20101131\/Screenshot_131.png\" alt=\"Screenshot_13\" width=\"262\" height=\"278\" \/> <img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-2404\" src=\"https:\/\/nab-s3-wordpress.s3.amazonaws.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/07\/20101139\/Screenshot_141.png\" alt=\"Screenshot_14\" width=\"184\" height=\"278\" \/> <img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone wp-image-2405\" src=\"https:\/\/nab-s3-wordpress.s3.amazonaws.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/07\/20101147\/Screenshot_151.png\" alt=\"Screenshot_15\" width=\"200\" height=\"274\" \/><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Note that they don\u2019t make specific claims \u2013 \u2018making money\u2019 could mean 1p, or \u00a31 Million and, like many things in this field, it\u2019s ultimately down to you to decide what you deem is acceptable or not.
