This simply means that you\u2019ll be copying the nameservers given to you by your web host, and then pasting them into your Namecheap.com account (or wherever you registered your domain name \u2013 GoDaddy is the other popular option).<\/p>\n

To be even more specific, you\u2019ll want to edit the settings of the exact domain name that you purchased from your registrar (Namecheap\/GoDaddy), and replace your domain\u2019s previous nameservers with the new nameservers that you were given by your web host.<\/p>\n

Once you\u2019ve pointed your new nameservers at your domain name, your website should be online in a few minutes and ready to go.<\/p>\n

Step #6. Install WordPress<\/strong><\/h2>\n
